THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST AGENT I EVER HAD..SHE DOSENT ANSWER HER PHONE CALLS..NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS AFTER I LEFT SEVERAL VOICEMAILS..IM SO SICK AND TIRED OF THIS AND IT BEEN GOING ON FAR TO LONG..IM TRYING TO GET ANOTHER AGENT BUT HAVING A HARD TIME CONTACTING SOMEONE..I SPOKE WITH ROLLO 2 WEEKS AGO AND SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL ME BACK ON A CHANGE I WANTED TO MAKE ON MY POLICY..IM STILL WAITING..PLEASE DO NOT DO BUISINESS WITH THIS AGENT ..SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..I HAVE MORE THAN 3 POLICYS WITH HER ..

Highly recommend Millie!  She is helpful and works with multiple insurance companies.

I worked with Millicent for my home policy and she was incredibly prompt, helpful, and very patient while I asked a million questions. Their premium was well below others I found for similar coverage, so we are happy to go with them for our home coverage this year. There was an issue where I needed a refund and Millicent worked very hard (and quickly) to ensure that the refund went through and checked back to make certain I saw it on my end. Great customer service!
