Over the past 10 years I know I've not been the easiest of policyholders to work with.  I'm quite demanding of my insurance agent.  Stephanie has worked with us and helped solve every one of our insurance challenges and needs. Stephanie just recently became my agent earlier this year. I am a first time home buyer and knew little to nothing about home insurance. She took the time to walk me through every aspect of the insurance, every option I had, and really helped me understand what I needed and what options I didn’t. She also helped me save $70+ on my car insurance compared to what I was previously paying. After a few months of having these insurances in place, I had a discrepancy come up with my home insurance. Stephanie jumped on it right away and had it resolved within a couple hours of finding out. Stephanie is superb at her job. More than that she is a stalwart ally to you in the world of insurance complexity. She bends over backwards to help you any way she can. If she doesn't  know something, you can be sure she will dig in and figure it out.
Not only am I a customer but I also deal with insurance companies on a regular basis. I fix cars that have been damaged by hail. In my experience I have seen many well know insurance companies deny or seriously  challenge claims, and force body shops to use junky aftermarket parts.I've even seen loyal customers of 30+ years dropped by insurance companies from a single claim. I have not had any problems from Liberty Mutual.
