I’m extremely happy with Wilson. Every time I’ve reached out to him about a question I have always received an immediate reply.

I recently made the switch to Allstate after being a 'valued' Liberty Mutual customer for 7 years, during which time Wilson was the 'agent' overseeing my policy. He didn't engage or make any attempt  to reduce my yearly policy and save me money. I ended up switching to Allstate and I'm not paying $750 less a year for the same coverage. If he had made any attempt whatsoever to help I wouldn't have switched.
